Payment options

Payment via PayPal, credit and debit card

You place your order with us by clicking the button "order with payment" in our checkout. You will then be redirected to the PayPal service and will also receive a confirmation of receipt from us via email with the subject "Confirmation of your order XX".

A charge to your account will therefore occur after the contract is concluded and immediately when you have completed the transaction via the PayPal service.

Credit or debit card payments are also processed in our shop via the PayPal service, but you do not necessarily need a PayPal account for this.

After you have successfully completed the payment, you will receive another email notification with the subject "Payment received for order XX". We will only ship your order with the payment methods PayPal, credit, and debit card once we have confirmed your payment receipt.

Please note that for foreign payment transactions, you as the buyer are fully responsible for the incurred fees. Therefore, please indicate when making the transfer that you as the payer will cover all fees (Fee option: OUR). Thank you.

Payment reference: 

Please use your order number and customer number as the purpose of use, which you can find on the invoice and in your order confirmation email. This makes it easier for us to allocate your payment to your order.
